Dues Payment Form

Dear Member:

In accordance with the By-Laws of the Loss Executives Association, membership dues are payable January 1, 2011. The Officers and Board of Directors have voted to increase the annual dues for the calendar year January 2012 through December 2012 for Regular Members to $125.00 and Associate Members to $150.00.

Your dues sponsor the educational programs we put on during the course of the year and have allowed us to expand our role as property loss professionals.

Your Dues Payment must be submitted by completing the information below. When making your payment, either by check or credit card, please be certain it identifies the individual for whom the dues are being paid in the special comments section of the form.
