Brooke Shultz is a claims technical specialist for Mutual Boiler Re (MBRe), FM Global’s Equipment Breakdown Operation headquartered out of Malvern, Pennsylvania. Brooke is part of MBRe’s claims leadership team and is a registered professional claims adjuster in numerous states. As a Claims Technical Specialist, Brooke’s responsibilities include the handling of large complex equipment breakdown losses, claims relationship management with MBRe’s reinsured partners and claims training both internally and externally. 

She began her equipment breakdown insurance career in 1989 with Hartford Steam Boiler. Brooke then joined MBRe in November 1997 spending her entire tenure with them in their Claims Department holding various positions including claims account executive, claims examiner and claims manager.

Brooke joined the Loss Executives Association in 2013 and became a member of their board of directors in January 2019.
