Jim Jezewski is Vice President and Claims Manager of Starr Technical Risks Agency, Inc. which is a part of the CV Starr Companies headquartered in New York, NY since 2002. Jim is responsible for overseeing all first party property claims, including oil rig and excess & surplus lines of business, written by Starr Tech worldwide.

Jim started his carrier with Factory Mutual Engineering Division in 1979 as a loss prevention engineer and later accepted a position in the company as a claims adjuster in 1983. Jim transferred to Protection Mutual in 1987 where he assumed the role of Claims Manager. Four years later he became an account executive and soon thereafter secured the position of Manager of the New Jersey office for Protection Mutual. In 1997, Jim began work for Zurich Insurance Company as Manager in Underwriting and then assumed the position of Director of highly protected risks till 2002. Jim has 32 years of experience in the insurance industry.

Jim is a graduate of Illinois State University with degrees in Industrial Technology and Occupational Safety and Health.
