Obituary
John P. Cancillieri, 66, of Lincroft, NJ, passed away surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, February 12, 2020.
Funeral is from the Mastapeter Funeral Home, 400 Faitoute Ave., Roselle Park on Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at 9:30am. A Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Theresa R. C. Church in Kenilworth at 10:30am. Cemetery is private.
Visitation is 3 to 7pm on Monday.
Born in Newark, John was raised in Kenilworth, living in Roselle Park before moving to Lincroft 32 years ago.
He was an insurance claim adjuster with A.I.G. in Jersey City for 21 years, retiring a year ago.
John received his Bachelors Degree from Seton Hall University in Business Administration and Marketing in 1975. He was a proud Alumni and enjoyed attending all their men’s basketball games.
He was a member of the Fr. McVeigh Council 4186 Knights of Columbus in Kenilworth.
John is predeceased by his beloved mother Marie (nee: Nigro) Cancillieri.
Surviving are three loving children; Kyle Cancillieri, Jenna Meehan and her husband Sean, and Karra Cancillieri; beloved father John A. Cancillieri; three dear brothers Joseph, Stephen, and Robert Cancillieri; and two adored grandchildren; Benen and Emery.
