Please note the following important registration and hotel procedures:

• Meeting Registration First: As in past years, hotel reservations can only be made after you have completed your registration for the meeting.

• Hotel Booking Link: Once your meeting registration is complete, you will receive a direct link to book your room within the LEA hotel room block.

• Opening Notice: An email broadcast will be sent to all members the moment registration officially opens.
