David joined HDI Global in 2026 and has global responsibility for Power, Onshore Energy, Offshore Energy, Renewables claims both operational and construction.

David is a qualified Mining Engineer.  He started his career working as a project engineer specializing in offshore production, construction and decommissioning, based in the UK and managing projects offshore Scandinavia, Africa and Europe.  His first role in claims was as a Loss Adjuster in London, frequently travelling to Asia, Europe and Africa to adjust energy claims both offshore and onshore.  He has been an Energy and Property Claims Manager handling some of the largest and most complex claims in the world for over 25 years.
